As my readers are well aware, the legal saga continues with cpso unlawfully investigating and suspending good ethical ontario doctors for choosing to navigate alternative options independent of the college’s “recommendations”. We are always free to use our competent clinical judgement with each individual patient. But, cpso has unilaterally decided no one (physicians and patients alike) is allowed this right any longer.

Here is an interview following the decision from our last hearing, in which the college admitted that all Covid “restrictions” are in fact only suggestions, and the tribunal sided with us on the important issue that physicians cannot be investigated for choosing to not follow such recommendations. Yet, they continued their persecution and prosecution of myself, Dr. Patrick Phillips, and Dr. Mark Trozzi claiming the investigations against us “have nothing to do with the Covid statements”. The shocking absurdity continued, leading to case conferences where the cpso dropped most of the investigations but can’t relinquish control. They unabatedly persist that our “non-cooperation” is the deadliest offence (worse than pedophiles and criminals) without acknowledging they’ve admitted they had no grounds for any investigation in the beginning. So, we find ourselves at the Eve of yet another important hearing to tease out the web of lies and push for truth and justice. We are requesting all evidence related to the Covid investigations be removed from the record and the orders be dropped against us.
Tomorrow, Friday march 10th at 12pm EST cpso will argue against us to continue their shameless facade of public protection. Please tune in and share the link to encourage as many public witnesses to observe the truth being unpacked on our road to justice and healing.

Interestingly on the same day and same time as ours. Email for the link and consider supporting both cases as we are all working together for the same cause. CNO needs to be aware of how much the public is interested in sarah’s case and when observed, outcomes do become influenced by those observing.

I wrote a letter to the CPSO expressing my disgust at the pulling of licenses from ethical doctors who have been proven correct in their appraisal of the vaccine. Best of luck at the hearing! I am supporting you.
In light of your attorney's revealing that the CPSO did not have Lieutenant Governor approval for its Covid 19 policies, making them illegal to enforce, I have written another letter to the CPSO asking them to stop persecuting you and Drs. Patrick Phillips, and Mark Trozzi. I hope it does some good. We need good ethical doctors like you, Patrick and Mark.
